 Vom 30. März bis 4. April 2014 wurde von der Messe Frankfurt die Messe ‚Light + Building‘ (auf Deutsch: Licht und Gebäude) in Frankfurt am Main veranstaltet.

Laut Angaben der Messe Frankfurt haben 2.458 Aussteller an der Messe ‚Light + Building‘ teilgenommen. Die Ausstellungsfläche betrug 245.000 Quadratmeter.
211.500 Besucher aus 161 Ländern besuchten die Messe ‚Light + Building 2014‘, darunter ein großer Anteil von Gästen aus Italien, Holland, Frankreich, China und Österreich.
Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Teilnahme des jungen tschechischen Designers Tadeás Podracký und seiner Kollegin Markéta Kratochvílová, die besonders originelle Lampen ausstellten.
Ebenfalls anwesend war das Unternehmen Asfour Crystal aus Kairo mit seiner schönen Kollektion von Glas-Kristallen für Leuchter, Leuchtvorhänge u.v.m.
Die nächste Messe ‚Light + Building‘ wird vom 13. bis 18. März 2016 in der Messe Frankfurt stattfinden.
