Du 26 au 28 Février 2016 s’est déroulé le cinquième salon Land und Genuß à la Messe Frankfurt, un salon qui présente les produits locaux du terroir de la région de Francfort et de la Hesse.
J’ai toujours grand plaisir à me rendre au salon Land und Genuß de la Messe Frankfurt, car on y trouve des produits qui sorte de l’ordinaire : des pommes de terre violettes, des pommes de terre rappelant par leur couleur des patates douces, des liqueurs aux œufs de dindes, …
Parmi les entreprises ayant croisées mon chemin, au cours de ce salon Land und Genuß 2016 de la Messe Frankfurt :
L’entreprise Heldenberger Apfelbiene qui comme son nom l’indique est spécialisée dans la production de jus de pomme et de miel.
L’Union des producteurs écoulant directement leurs produits : Vereinigung der Hessischen Direktvermarkter e.V.
L’entreprise Mentari Naturals qui produit le sucre de fleurs de cocotiers.
L’entreprise autrichienne WALSERSTOLZ spécialisée dans la production de fromages.
L’entreprise Meisterhonig de Witzenhausen en Allemagne qui comme son nom l’indique est spécialisée dans la production de miel : miel de fleurs de cerisiers, miel de fleurs de graminées, miel de tilleul, …
L’entreprise ETZEL’s BIO HOFLADEN de Wehrheim en Allemagne spécialisée dans la production de gâteaux alléchants : gâteaux au fromage blanc, gâteaux au citron, …
L’entreprise Bioland Rosenschule de Bad Nauheim-Steinfurth de Ruf de Sabine et Werner Ruf spécialisée dans la production de rosiers et de produits culinaires dérivés de la rose.
L’entreprise Gutes aus Omas Kuche de Reichelsheim/Weckesheim en Allemagne spécialisée dans l’épicerie fine.
L’entreprise Christine Berger GmbH de Werder OT Petzow spécialisée dans la culture d’argousier et dans la vente des produits dérivés de cette même plante.
Au cours de ce salon Land und Genuß 2016 de la Messe Frankfurt, il y eut près de 22 200 visiteurs en trois jours, et 310 exposants.
600 enfants de Francfort et des environs visitèrent également ce salon Land und Genuß 2016 de la Messe Frankfurt.
Le prochain salon Land und Genuß 2017 se tiendra du 24 au 26 Février 2017 à la Messe Frankfurt.
